We had a super fun time at the Oakland Zoo! it was a lot of walking for a toddler and pregnant woman, but you can bring or rent a stroller and there were a lot of benches to rest. Bella mostly just wanted to be held by daddy the whole time, giving him a great bicep workout for the day.
My favorite part was the gondola ride and all the amazing views of the bay and San Francisco from up top! The gondola is a MUST when visiting this zoo, because all the best animals were at the very top and the views
were amazing.
We were allowed to bring all our own food and drinks which is great. They didn’t even check our bags or take our temperature which was surprising. It’s not somewhere I’d want to go back to all the time, but super fun for an occasional trip.
