3 minute mom and me yoga for toddlers and babies

Enjoy :) this is fun for toddlers and babies who are sitting, or preschoolers to do with a sibling.

A few things I learned while teaching mom and me yoga for so m at years:


1. Singing familiar songs is the quickest way to connect with little ones

2. Rocking rhythms like the rocking butterfly here, or when I’m “mixing it up” are calming to kids.

3. It’s best to keep their attention in a distraction free area like outside or a bright open room, where they aren’t overstimulated.
